Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return a product within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • You have proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective
